Refresh with Renny | A newsletter about staying refreshed and aligned with your soul.

Hello Reader,

Hope all is well, it's been a while since I've been on here and I can't wait to tell you all what my life has been like.

I've been keeping it refreshed, relaxed and real by checking in with myself and really figuring out whats going on inside. I dug deep into working one on one with a physician and learned that I had a Vitamin D Defiency, I got a special dose and boom I was magically okay. Wrong. That was simply the start of my healing journey and I began to dig deep into dieting and my daily routine.

I began to adapt different methods in my life style in order to stay strong, clear + focused. Struggling with depression and a Vitamin D Deficiency meant that I was EXTRA FATIGUED, drained and exhausted just for simply living. My special dose meant nothing for what my body truly needed which was extra greens, smoothies and lots of fresh pressed juices and aside from adapting to a richer diet, my body, mind and soul still needed more.

I was ready to LIVE for myself and after feeling restless for months I knew I needed to act on and begin to utilize my tools. Here are a few was I tapped into staying refreshed and aligned with my soul.

  • I started to show up to Power Hours hosted by Life Maed Easy & when there weren't any Power Hours I reached out to a friend and asked her to be my accountability buddy. It was tough but I was committed to bring order into my life, we met a few days a week for 1-2 hours and set goals. Thank you Mandy, it was everything I needed!
  • I utilized my Google Calander, by using more than just a place to schedule calls. I mapped out each day and hour by incorporating postive + encourgaing affirmations throughout day in order to power through the simplest, easiest and hardest task of my days. I wanted to find new ways to support my neuro diverse self in new ways and so far it has worked because I look forward to starting and ending each day.
  • Maximizing my time, meant making room for more things I love throughout my day. Which meant making room to chat online with my ibesties on instagram, making my favorite meals and drinks and most of all binge watching Riverdale at the end of my night.

Lastly the ultimate peace of mind of accomplishing everything you said you would. Looking back at my Notion boards and seeing my progress within the last couple of months truly impreses me because anything is truly possible. ✨ With that being said I've recently have opened up my books for consults.

With love,

Renny Vinas

Reader This week marks 5 years since I took the leap into freelancing—5 years of figuring it out, learning on the fly, and building something that felt true to me. It’s wild to think about how I started: no clear roadmap, just a laptop, a dream, and a lot of trial and error. Freelancing wasn’t just about making money on my own terms. It was about freedom, resilience, and growth—about proving to myself that I could create a career that fit my vision, not someone else’s. Was it easy? Absolutely...

Hi Reader, You ever have one of those moments where you realize you’ve been doing things the hard way for way too long? Yeah… me too.I used to think being on top of everything meant doing more, but lately, I’ve learned that real efficiency comes from doing less—strategically. My new theme? Working smarter, not harder. 💡 Here’s the thing—busyness isn’t the same as productivity. I used to pile my to-do list with everything under the sun, thinking that crossing off more meant I was accomplishing...
